Holistic Kinesiology

What is Holistic Kinesiology?
Kinesiology, literally, is the study of body movement, encompassing holistic health disciplines which use gentle manual muscle testing to monitor information about a person’s well being. Kinesiology can assist in spiritual, emotional and structural issues. As a discipline it empowers people and allows them to work through stresses that are undermining their development.
Holistic Kinesiologists are trained in counselling and have a wide range of tools to help diffuse psychological stress. Many people with depression, anxiety, work and relationship issues routinely seek the assistance of a Holistic Kinesiologist.
Holistic Kinesiologists learn how to work with the mind and the body, including improving physical complaints related to:
Muscles & Ligaments
Body structure
Posture
Back pain
Arthritis
Myalgia
Fatigue
Inappropriate sleep
Neurological conditions
Learning difficulties
A wide range of chronic illnesses.
Often it is an integration of several techniques that cover both the physical, psychological and often nutritional and spiritual aspects so the issue can be truly resolved.
Holistic Kinesiology works to both improve a clients understanding of the root causes of their issue as well as treating those causes.
The session is structured in one hour and a half, where in the first part we talk about what the client is after, followed by 30-40 minutes on the table, and a wrap up talk in the end.
The suggested time frame for treatment is a total of 6 to 10 sessions, every 3 weeks, but that depends on each case.
Cost per session $125
(1 hour and 30 min)
